Wrike Review (2023)

Wrike logo

Wrike is an intuitive project management platform that anyone can start using almost no training or learning required. The layout is thoughtful and easy for both project managers as well as employees to dive into.

On the left navigation bar, project managers can create the various teams within their business and dropdown sub-menus clearly show which team is responsible for which project. Creating a new project board or task is as easy as clicking a button and giving the task a name. From there, users can be assigned to the task and the progress of the task can be monitored to completion.

File sharing, commenting, annotations, and chat are all managed right through Wrike. The simple interface allows users to add files quickly and update the status of a project with just a couple of clicks.

Finally, the simple and clean reporting tools make it easy to see the status of a project, which tasks are in progress, and which ones have yet to be started. Project managers can easily monitor everything they are responsible for and take action immediately.

Who Wrike is best for

Teams that want an intuitive interface will appreciate Wrike. Collaboration is brought into one platform and monitoring of tasks is simple. Navigation is streamlined and easy to understand leaving no room for confusion or frustration.

The main limitation with Wrike is the customizability offered. This is meant to be a plug and play solution rather than something that project managers are responsible for customizing and designing from the ground up.
