Real estate professionals have a lot of information to juggle, from in-depth data on not just clients and leads, but also on properties. The industry is built around people on the go at all times of day, any day of the week.

With today’s technological capabilities, it’s essential for real estate professionals to have easy-to-use solutions on the go to help them manage their own portfolio of customers and leads, and for brokers to do the same with their teams. A well-designed real estate-specific Customer Relationship Management (CRM) program can help streamline that process.

The best real estate CRMs provide an extensive list of features, the ability to see data in real-time, the ability for brokers to manage their teams, the ability to integrate third-party information sources, and the ability to do all of this from the road – at an affordable price.

The real estate industry desires a high level of personalization, customization, and support. Real estate professionals need to be able to brand their communication in a cohesive way, while not taking time away from what they do best – sell.

As such, the best CRMs are those that have built-in functionality that makes it easy to personalize, without the need to either figure out a complicated system on their own or have to contact customer service to do so. At the same time, real estate professionals need that hands-on approach to customer support, as they need the programs they use to work when they need them.

It’s difficult to wade through all the features, benefits, and pricing of all the real estate CRMs on the market, but fret not, we have done the work for you.

Here are our top choices for real estate CRMs.

Freshworks (formerly Freshsales)

Freshworks CRM (formerly Freshsales) is an easy-to-use CRM system for real estate professionals. It’s easy to manage and track leads, as well as monitor and activity and progress through the sales pipeline.

Freshsales provides some customizability, as well, even though the aim of the CRM is to reduce the clutter that most other programs have. The program provides a wide range of features to give a 360-degree view of all leads.

The program offers four pricing plans, from $12 per month per user all the way up to $79. Each pricing tier comes with different features.

Customer service is offered around the clock, but only during the week. There is no weekend customer support available, which might not be good for real estate professionals who are busy during weekends. Freshsales is not a plug-and-play program, either, as it needs some customization to get started.

Pros

  • Powerful, customizable program
  • Full suite of features
  • Mobile apps make it easy to use on the road

Cons

  • Tiered pricing could become expensive for all features and for bigger teams
  • Customer service only available during the week
  • Not a plug-and-play solution

Wise Agent

Wise Agent is one of the best CRMs for the real estate industry. It was created specifically with agents and brokers in mind and provides impressive features at an overall affordable price.

The program has a lead generation system that automatically pulls all social data on prospects from your emails, and integrates automatic drip email campaigns as well. The CRM provides an easy-to-use daily scheduling task builder and allows agents to create landing pages to generate even more leads.

The Wise Agent CRM allows brokers to manage their teams with tasks and alerts assigned to individuals or teams as a whole. Brokers can track and manage progress along the pipeline.

The pricing is simple and affordable, at only $29 per month if billed monthly, and comes with access for up to five users. More users can be added for additional fees.

Pros

  • Designed specifically for real estate professionals
  • Simple pricing structure that is affordable
  • Customer service available 24/7/365
  • Complimentary one-on-one onboarding

Cons

  • Larger teams may want more features
  • Could be expensive for larger teams
  • No lead generation or advertising integration

LionDesk

LionDesk is a fully-integrated CRM for sales and business professionals. The program provides seamless integration that allows its users to take advantage of the technology at their fingertips. The nice part about LionDesk is that it is tailored specifically for the real estate industry.

LionDesk fully integrates with third-party programs such as Zillow and Trulia. The company provides property management tracking for listings and closings, lead distribution for brokers, and enhanced reports.

LionDesk offers a Pro plan for $25 per month per user and a Pro Plus plan for $49. The upgraded plan adds features such as increased document storage and Text 2 Sell. They provide a free 30-day trial.

LionDesk also provides great customer service with one-on-one support. One of the downfalls of using the company, though, is that it takes some customization to get it off the ground running and tailored to your needs.

Pros

  • Great technological offerings
  • Two affordable pricing models
  • Ability to manage and distribute leads
  • Personalized onboarding sessions

Cons

  • Not a plug-and-play solution
  • Larger teams might become expensive
  • Requires a lot of configuration

Realvolve

Realvolve is one of the simpler and more straightforward real estate CRMs. The program is an easy-to-use lead management and tracking system, and other features that are not complicated.

The Realvolve CRM was designed to be simple, but it has nice features such as seamless integration with contacts, calendars, and tasks with Google Apps and Evernote, as well as the ability to collaborate with team members through the program.

The pricing plans are based on the number of users. They range from $49 per month for one user to $233 for up to 10 users. Large teams need to contact the company directly for a quote.

Realvolve is simple, which might be a positive to some and a negative to others. Those looking for a technologically advanced system might not find that here. The program sacrifices some advanced functionality.

Pros

  • Easy to use and get started
  • Outstanding, personalized customer support
  • Flexible pricing based on the number of users

Cons

  • Not as technologically advanced as other CRMs
  • Customization takes some time
  • Could get expensive for teams with more than 10 users

Propertybase

Propertybase’s CRM is based on the powerful Salesforce platform. This provides many benefits, such as the ability to integrate all contact and lead management and generation. This also might make it easy for users who have experience with other CRMs to easily adapt to the new program.

The company also offers personalized websites to help agents and teams build their brands and gain additional leads, as well as email campaigns and landing pages. Propertybase also offers a brokerage intranet for transaction management.

Propertybase is a lot more expensive than some other real estate CRMs. The cheapest plan ($79 per month per user) requires four users, so smaller teams or independent agents might not be able to afford it.

Customer service is not personalized, as it is handled through an online ticketing and support system, and could take as long as 48 hours for users to receive a response.

Pros

  • Based on Salesforces’ powerful CRM system
  • Easy integration with third-party programs
  • Real-time data and stats

Cons

  • Pricey compared to other real estate CRMs
  • Not great customer support
  • Minimum requirement of users
